Spiral Roller Brush

The spiral roller brush is a highly versatile brush that finds extensive applications. By changing the bristles to different materials, it can serve various functions. For instance, a copper wire roller brush is used for rust removal, an abrasive wire roller brush is employed for polishing, and a nylon roller brush is utilized for cleaning, among others. Its versatility allows for mild cleaning, heavy cleaning, scrubbing, spreading, spraying, grading, polishing, degreasing, deburring, sanding, and more.

Product details

The brush density of coil brushes can be adjusted by changing the pitch between each coil. This allows for a wide range of options, from tightly wound brushes with high density to more open wound brushes with progressively lower density, depending on the desired pitch. These brushes can be supplied as complete assemblies, pre-mounted on a core with journals, or wound directly onto a shaft. Alternatively, they can be wound on a customer’s own core or shaft, or provided as replacement coils for in-house installation.

Structure and size

To create a tube brush, all strip brushes can be coiled on a shaft. We provide the necessary machining for the shaft. The strip brush is identified by its dimensions and filament type. It can be compressed or coiled with specific direction and spacing widths. This technique results in a higher density that surpasses what conventional processes can achieve. The brush can also be easily replaced, providing an additional advantage.

For optimal density retention during handling, it is recommended to coil the new brush on the shaft. Open face loops (without a shaft) are more suitable for smaller brushes or coils that are not subjected to significant forces. We customize the brushes to meet your specific requirements.
